The Store Brand 37mm Launcher is a remix of the Nameless 37mm Launcher, designed by Danny Meatball. The original launcher quickly became one of the most popular and desired launchers able to be made at home.
These launchers are NOT firearms or weapons and are classified as signaling devices, intended to be used with fireworks, flares, smokes, and similar loads.
According to the BATFE, loading anything anti-personnel or using the device against another person or animal will change its classification to a Destructive Device and violate the NFA.
