To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 14 days of being delivered to your address, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges cannot be refunded once the order has shipped, as the service has already been rendered.

  • Orders that consist entirely of in-stock items will ship within 1 – 2 business days.

  • Orders that consist of both in-stock and backorder / pre-order items or consist entirely of backorder / pre-order items will ship within 1 – 2 business days of the items becoming available.

  • Backorder items typically ship within 1 week.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will ship via USPS First Class Mail.
