Grandma’s Apple Pie is the more traditional version of the Apple Pie released previous to this. The GAP is semi-auto and will accept the standard uppers and parts you’re familiar with for an AR15. This design uses a reinforced and replaceable front takedown section along with a metal buffer tower to overcome the common fail points of printed lowers.
